Ohio State Buckeyes head coach Ryan Day was asked on Sunday about the postgame comments from a Michigan Wolverines assistant coach following last week’s game.
The Wolverines topped the Buckeyes, 42-27, in The Game in Ann Arbor at the end of November.
Following the game, Michigan assistant coach Josh Gattis said that the Buckeyes were not a “tough team” this season.
“They’re a finesse team, they’re not a tough team,” Gattis said on the ‘Inside Michigan Football’ radio show on Learfield IMG. “And we knew that going into the game that we can out-physical them, we can out-tough and that was gonna be the key to the game, and that’s what we prepared for all year long.”
On Sunday, Day was asked about Gattis’ comments. He didn’t give them the time of day.
On Josh Gattis's comments that Ohio State isn't a tough team, Ryan Day says "I don't really think about that much at all."

Fair enough, Ryan.
