Scottie Scheffler and his wife, Meredith Scudder, had a pretty low-key evening on Saturday night. They ate some dinner and watched a couple of episodes of The Office.
For most couples, that wouldn't be a surprising night, but for Scheffler and Scudder, it's a bit rare. After all, Scottie is leading The Masters heading into the final round on Sunday afternoon.
Still, Scheffler, who has emerged as the No. 1 player in the world, is trying to remain calm heading into the biggest round of his life.
Scottie and Meredith have been married since December of 2020. The happy couple had a winter-wonderland themed wedding.
Earlier this week, Scottie and Meredith got to participate in the Par-3 Contest at The Masters for the first time as a couple.
"First timers at the Par 3 & it definitely lived up to the hype. Mere is still working on cleaning the grooves…" Scottie wrote on Instagram.
Scottie, who became the No. 1 player in the world earlier this year, got to celebrate a big win at the start of the 2022 season with his wife.
Perhaps Scottie and Meredith will get to celebrate an even bigger victory later on Sunday evening at Augusta National in Georgia.
TV coverage of the final round of The Masters is set to air on CBS beginning at 2 p.m. E.T.
