Steph Curry is returning very soon.
The Golden State Warriors star point guard has been out with a broken hand since the end of October. Curry, 31, has played in just four games this season.
Curry was cleared for contact by Golden State doctors a couple of days ago. He reportedly took part in a Warriors scrimmage on Saturday.
A return to the floor is now imminent. Curry will reportedly make his comeback on Sunday against the Washington Wizards.
The Athletic's Shams Charania first reported the news.
Curry was averaging 23.5 points, 6.6 assists and 4.5 rebounds a game prior to his hand injury in late October.
The Warriors are one of the worst teams in the NBA this season and will not be making the playoffs, but getting Curry back is a nice step.
Golden State and Washington are set to tip off at 8:30 p.m. E.T. on Sunday.
