The College World Series Is Now Down To 6 Teams

The College World Series is nearing its conclusion as just six teams remain in competition.

Florida State, Louisville, Michigan, Mississippi State, Texas Tech and Vanderbilt are the final six teams remaining in the College World Series.

Michigan awaits the winner of Florida State-Texas Tech in Bracket 1, while Vanderbilt and Mississippi State are playing for the right to move on and face the winner of Louisville vs. the loser of Vandy-Miss State in Bracket 2.

The Wolverines, Bulldogs and Commodores are the only teams not to lose a game yet, while the Seminoles, Cardinals and Red Raiders all have one loss.

Louisville took down Auburn on Wednesday afternoon by a final score of 5-3 to advance to keep its World Series hopes alive.

The action rolls on Wednesday as Vanderbilt takes on Mississippi State and Texas Tech faces off against Florida State.
