The Los Angeles Lakers’ latest player signing surely won’t spark any major free agency rumors or anything…
Los Angeles is reportedly signing the brother of Milwaukee Bucks MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo, according to The Athletic’s Shams Charania.
Kostas Antetokounmpo, the younger brother of the Bucks star, has reportedly been picked up off waivers.
“The Los Angeles Lakers have claimed Kostas Antetokounmpo off free agency waivers, sources tell The Athletic,” he reports.

The 21-year-old forward spent the 2018-19 season with the Dallas Mavericks and the Texas Legends of the G League.
Kostas Antetokounmpo played collegiately at Dayton, averaging 5.2 points and 2.9 rebounds a game.
Of course, this signing is leading to Giannis-to-LA speculation. He’s set to be a free agent in 2021.

Of course, this likely won’t lead to anything Giannis-related, as it’s possible Kostas will only be on the roster for a short amount of time, but you never know in the NBA.
