The 2019 PGA Championship is just over three weeks away, with Tiger Woods’ pursuit of Jack Nicklaus’ majors record set to resume. Woods will face stiff competition in the PGA Championship, and the bettors have decided on a clear favorite.
According to Will Gray of the Golf Channel, Woods is the clear favorite to win the tournament at 8/1 odds. There is a four-way tie for second between Dustin Johnson, Rory McIlroy, Justin Thomas, and Brooks Koepka at 12/1.

The win gave Woods his fifth Masters title and 15th major.

Expectations for Woods are sky-high this year, with sports books even offering odds on Woods winning all four majors this year.
Woods last won the PGA Championship in 2007, and was runner-up in the tournament last year. He finished -14 with eight birdies, but a bogie on the 14th hole doomed him as Brooks Koepka won by two strokes.
The 2019 PGA Championship begins on May 16 at the Black Course is Bethpage State Park in Farmingdale, New York.
