The 2018 Ryder Cup is just 12 hours away - with tee times starting in the wee hours of Friday morning in Eastern Standard Time. Tiger Woods and company will take the course twice over the course of the day.

Before the rounds kick off on Friday, both the United States and European teams took the course for practice. During the practice round, the United States team - full of youngsters - decided to play a little joke with Tiger.

Tiger's thinning hairline was on full display as he was spotted without his hat on during the round. Justin Thomas took a chunk of grass and placed it on top of Woods' head - mocking the receding hairline.

Check it out.

It's all fun and games, for now.

Tiger appeared to take it well, something we can't say he would have done years ago. The play of the elder statesman in Woods, 42, with Thomas, 25, can't be understated.

The Ryder Cup kicks off at 2:10 a.m. ET on Friday morning.
