The second round of The Open is finishing up at Carnoustie in Scotland. Tiger Woods teed off early Friday morning after playing the afternoon on Thursday.

Woods had a bit of an up-and-down round, but finished dead even. He shot a 71, good for par for the day - and the tournament.

Woods struggled during the opening holes, carding two bogeys within the first three holes. He battled back with back-to-back birdies to get back to even par before ending the front nine with a bogey.

Tiger went one-under on the back nine to get back to even par. Woods carded back-to-back 71's, good enough to get him into the weekend.

Woods barely missed a birdie putt on 18 that would have put him at one-under for the tournament.

Tiger finished tied for 29th on the day. He sits just six shots back of the leaders, with two rounds left to play.

Woods will be in action for the third round tomorrow. Stick with us for all your Tiger updates.
