Tiger Woods was back on the course on Friday morning. Woods teed off at the Dell Technologies Championship from TPC Boston for the second leg of the FedEx Cup Playoffs.

The top 100 players in the FedEx Cup standings were on the course with Woods. The playoffs began last week with the Northern Trust, which featured the top 125 players.

Woods got off to a rough start Friday morning and sat at three-over on the day through seven holes. He battled back with two birdies over the next six holes to get back to one-over par.

That's where he ended the day after a bogey and a birdie on No. 6 and No. 7 respectively.

It's not a great start for Woods, who is playing in back-to-back tournaments. Tiger sits five shots back of the lead, tied at 59th for the tournament after Day 1.

He'll need to put together a solid round on Saturday if he hopes to make the cut.
