Tiger Woods was back on the golf course Friday afternoon. The 14-time major champion is playing in The Northern Trust in New Jersey.
Woods is attempting to make the cut after a rocky start to the tournament. Tiger opened with an even-par performance in Thursday's round after he shot 71 with two birdies and two bogeys.
He was back on the course Friday afternoon with hopes of making the cut and playing the weekend. After another 18 holes, Woods found himself at even-par for the tournament.
Woods bogeyed 18 to put himself in serious trouble.
The current projected cutline sits at one-under par so Tiger still needs a little help if he wants to stick around for the weekend. Woods struggled to find any rhythm in his first tournament since his second-place finish in the PGA Championship earlier this month.
The Northern Trust features the top 125 players in the FedEx Cup Standings and is the first of four legs of the FedEx Cup playoffs.
