Tiger Woods was back on the course for the Tour Championship this weekend in Atlanta. It is the final tournament for the FedEx Cup Playoffs and the last before next week’s Ryder Cup.
Woods just finished his second round at East Lake Golf Club, and he posted yet another solid score. He shot a 65 on Thursday to bring himself into Friday with the lead.
He didn’t let the lead go after his second round. Woods played solid golf and walked away with a two-under 68 on the day.
At -7, Woods is currently tied with Justin Rose and two shots ahead of Rory McIlroy.
That’s a birdie at the last and a 2-under 68 for the day. Tiger and Rose are tied at 7 under after two rounds, with Rory two back. Yeah, weekend!

Woods started off with a birdie at the second hole before bogey at No. 9 put him back to even par. He reeled off three birdies in four holes on the back nine to get himself to eight-under for the tournament.
Unfortunately for Tiger, he misplayed No. 16 and ended up with a double-bogey to get back to six-under for the tournament. A birdie on No. 18 put Woods in a tie for the lead heading into the weekend.
