Just a few weeks after mounting an incredible competitive golf comeback at the 2022 Masters, Tiger Woods is reportedly eyeing another return next month.

According to reports from TWLegion, Tiger is planning to scout Southern Hills Country Club -- home of the 2022 PGA Championship -- ahead of his charity event, Tiger Jam, in Las Vegas this weekend.

Tiger was listed as a member of the tournament field in a release from the PGA Championship earlier this week. Golf fans took to Twitter to react to this encouraging news. "LFG. Have tickets to the Thursday round. Really hope to be following TW," one wrote. "My gut says he's going to give it a go!" another added.

Just over a year after sustaining major lower-body injuries in a horrifying car crash, Tiger made his return to competitive golf at Augusta National earlier this month. The all-time great golfer made the cut, but was clearly in some serious pain.

Tiger had this to say after his final round of the 2022 Masters:

"I won't be playing a full schedule ever again. It'll be just the big events," he explained. "I don't know if I'll play Southern Hills or not... I will try. There's no doubt. I will try to get ready for Southern Hills and see what this body is able to do."

The 2022 PGA Championship will begin on Thursday, May 19.
