Tom Brady is getting linked to another NFL team following Bruce Arians' shocking retirement decision on Wednesday night.

Arians announced on Wednesday night that he is retiring from coaching and stepping into a front office role in Tampa Bay. The Buccaneers' new head coach will be Todd Bowles.

"I am appreciative of the Glazer family and Jason Licht for having faith in me to take on this role, and to Coach Arians for his support and guidance over the past four decades," said Bowles. "Tampa has become home for my family, and we are excited to remain part of this community for years to come. As an organization, we have all the pieces in place to continue the winning standard that has been established here in recent years. I am eager to get started with our players, coaching staff, and front office in preparation for the 2022 season."

While the "plan" is for Bowles to lead a Tom Brady-led team in 2022, others are speculating about another team for the Super Bowl quarterback.

"Tom Brady to Miami" is trending nationally on Twitter on Wednesday night.

Earlier this month, there was some Tom Brady to Miami talk, with rumors suggesting he could be given an ownership stake. However, Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel shot those rumors down. "Fake news," McDaniel told reporters at the NFL owners meetings in Florida. The "Tom Brady to Miami" rumors seem to be nothing more than just speculation at this point.

Still, the NFL offseason is not disappointing, especially in Tampa Bay.
