On Friday night, the Oklahoma City Thunder crawled their way back into a first-round series against the Portland Trailblazers.
Star point guard Russell Westbrook led the Thunder with 33 points and 11 assists on the night en route to a 120-108 win at home. After the win, Westbrook continued his crusade against local Oklahoma reporter Berry Tramel.
The beef between Tramel and Westbrook extends years, though no one truly knows how it all started. The star point guard refuses to answer Tramel’s questions, choosing a new way to avoid the his questions at every turn.
This year, Westbrook’s go-to response is “next question.”
On Friday night, he got Paul George to go along with it as well.

Tramel continues to ask Westbrook questions, but the point guard has no interest in hearing from the reporter.
NBA writers and fans watching from home are tired of Westbrook’s approach in post-game interviews and his constant need to evade questions from Tramel specifically.
NBA writer Sopan Deb addressed the incidents on Twitter:
“Shoutout to Berry Tramel for continuing to ask perfectly legitimate questions to Russell Westbrook, even as RW continues to do the ‘next question’ thing. The beef seems to go one way here,” he said.
Game 4 of the series is set for Sunday night at 9:30 p.m. ET on TNT.
