On Friday afternoon, The Championships Wimbledon rolled on for the men, women and doubles tournaments.

Most of the eyes were on Centre Court for Novak Djokovic and a slew of other top players. However, it was the doubles action that made headlines.

As players prepared for a contest, they were hit by a rogue sprinkler.

The sprinkler appears to have gone off accidentally, blasting a player in the side of the head after his partner cleared the way.

Check it out.

But that wasn't all for the sprinkler.

After the grounds crew briefly had the situation under control, the sprinkler started firing again - hitting a ball boy.

Temperatures in London hovered in the mid-70's on Friday afternoon - so there wasn't a need to cool off.
