All Angel Hernandez could do was smile as he pulled away from Citizen Bank Park on Sunday night.

Hernandez was involved in yet another fiasco behind home plate over the weekend. The veteran umpire blew 19 pitch calls during Sunday night's Phillies vs. Brewers game. One was very costly for Philadelphia.

Facing a 3-2 count in the bottom of the ninth in a one-run game, Kyle Schwarber watched a pitch sail by for what appeared to be ball four. However, Hernandez called strike three. Schwarber lost it, throwing his bat and helmet to the ground while he screamed at the veteran umpire. He was tossed, as a result.

Hernandez kept receiving such treatment after the game. As he was pulling out of Citizen Bank Park in a vehicle, a fan screamed a message at him. "Angel Hernandez you stink!" the fan yelled. "I don't like you." All Hernandez could do was smile.

Wow. What a disaster.

Schwarber addressed the incident after the game.

"Everyone kind of saw what was going on," he said, via the New York Post. "I'm not her to bury anyone, but that wasn't very good. You wish that, I don't know how to really say it, it just wasn't very good."

We're witnessing the last days of actual human umpires behind the plate. Robot umps can't get here soon enough.
