LeBron James enters the summer with a crucial decision on his hands. Where will he play basketball next season?

According to an interview with NBA legend Gary Payton and a new report from Gary Kester of Lakers Outsiders, LeBron's son LeBron Jr. has already made his commitment for next year. He'll attend Sierra Canyon High School in Chatsworth, Calif., where he'll play basketball.

Many have speculated that this news means LeBron will sign with the Los Angeles Lakers so he can be close to his son. Without getting into that right now, let's take a look at Sierra Canyon itself.

A private school outside of L.A., Sierra Canyon has become known as a school for the stars in recent years. Celebrities like Kevin Hart, Alec Baldwin, Kim Basinger, Will Smith, Jamie Foxx and P.Diddy have enrolled their children at the school at the past. Projected 2018 NBA lottery pick Marvin Bagley III is an alumnus--so are Kylie and Kendall Jenner.

The basketball program currently is littered with the offspring of hoops royalty. The Sierra Canyon roster for the 2017-18 season included the sons of former NBA stars Scottie Pippen and Kenyon Martin, as well as the sons of former NBA players Tellis Frank and Duane Washington.

Additionally, there was five-star shooting guard Cassius Stanley, one of the top recruits in the 2019 class. That's a loaded roster.

It should be no surprise that Sierra Canyon finished in the top 20 nationally according to MaxPreps and USA Today. They were really good.

It sounds like LeBron Jr. should have no problem fitting in at Sierra Canyon next year.

The only question is will his dad be joining him in Cali or not?
