Zion Williamson is expected to receive one of the biggest rookie shoe contracts in the history of the NBA once he leaves Duke and declares for the draft.
The question, of course, is what company will Williamson end up signing with? Nike is seen as the favorite by some, as Duke is a Nike school and most of the NBA’s top players are with The Swoosh.
Nike gave LeBron James a massive shoe contract when he entered the NBA and some experts believe the same kind of deal could be given to Williamson.
Williamson, who’s currently sidelined with a knee injury, took to Instagram Live this evening, sparking speculation about said shoe deal thanks to his outfit.

Adidas could actually be the favorite to sign Williamson, who played for an Adidas-sponsored AAU team in high school. His high school team was also sponsored by the three stripes brand.
Williamson, meanwhile, isn’t expected to return to the court against North Carolina this weekend, but Coach K has said he would be surprised if he wasn’t back for the ACC Tournament.
Stay tuned.
