Duke had its NCAA Tournament debut on Friday night, as the No. 1-seeded Blue Devils took on No. 16 seed North Dakota State.

The game was close in the first half, before Zion Williamson and R.J. Barrett broke it open in the final 20 minutes, combining for 51 points, 17 rebounds and 3 assists in the first round victory.

Williamson, of course, is the star of the NCAA Tournament, and CBS/Turner Sports are certainly hoping Duke makes a deep run because of that.

The Blue Devils' star freshman is already one of the most-popular athletes in the country and he has the Instagram DMs to prove it.

Williamson said Drake is the celebrity he's been most excited to interact with. A reporter then told Williamson that President Obama had come to see him play.

The Duke phenom had a great response.

“I think Obama’s a UNC fan, so I’m not going there," he said.

The former United States president has shown some major respect to North Carolina before.

President Obama does have Duke topping North Carolina in this year's NCAA Tournament championship game, though.

Duke is set to take on UCF in the second round on Sunday.
