Video: Brian Kelly Fired Up Notre Dame Before Air Force By Preaching "Points On Every Possession"

Tommy Rees took the message to heart.

Last week, Brian Kelly brought the house down with an incredibly passionate pregame speech before his Fighting Irish team took on rival USC. This week, Notre Dame was taking on Air Force, and Kelly had another message, this one for his offense: he wanted to score points on every possession. Here's video of Kelly's pregame, halftime, and postgame speeches, courtesy of Fighting Irish Digital Media:

Kelly didn't quite get his wish, but the offense took the message to heart. Tommy Rees became the first Notre Dame quarterback to throw five touchdown passes to five different wide receivers in a single game, and Notre Dame wasn't forced to punt until the third quarter when backup QB Andrew Hendrix came in. Notre Dame is now 6-2 on the season and takes on Navy next weekend.
