Notre Dame is taking on Air Force today at Falcon Stadium, which means the Irish aren't in their traditional slot on NBC. CBS Sports Network has picked up the game, and apparently the broadcast crew doesn't get to watch a lot of Notre Dame football. Game analyst Aaron Taylor (a Notre Dame graduate) made quite a few Irish fans laugh with his analysis of their starting quarterback:
"Tommy Rees is a mobile quarterback -- he can also make plays with his legs."
This is quite an odd statement, considering Rees' lack of mobility has always been a knock on him, and he has -48 rushing yards on the season. Notre Dame's sports blogger Aaron Horvath might have figured out Taylor's error:
That would've been a bit more accurate.
