Video: Rice Basketball's Offseason Workouts Were Incredibly Intense

Rice basketball was one of the worst teams in America during the 2013-14 season. The team went 7-23 with a 2-14 mark in the Conference USA, and the Owls were 334th out of a possible 345 teams in America in points per game. Fortunately for Rice hoops, the team returns a ton of talent, so the team won't worry about a lack of experience. Another thing that the Owls have going for them: they may be one of the most well-conditioned teams in the country. In a video released on Monday, we got to see the intense conditioning program that new head coach Mike Rhoades has implemented this offseason. Check it out:

Even if the Owls aren't one of the better teams in America this year, they'll probably be so well conditioned that the team will play incredibly hard for 40 minutes.
