What Seed Did Dayton Get In The 2014 NCAA Tournament?

Seed: For the upcoming 2014 NCAA Tournament, the Dayton Flyers were given an 11-seed in the South-region. They are coached by Archie Miller and hail from the Atlantic 10.

You can view the entire 2014 NCAA Tournament field here in our official bracket.

Where: They will open play against Ohio State in Buffalo on Thursday.

Why: Dayton finished with a 10-6 record in the Atlantic 10, good enough for a tie for fifth place with UMass. The Flyers scored notable victories over Gonzaga, California, Ole Miss, UMass and Saint Louis.

Ceiling: Dayton's inclusion in the tournament will be debated by many, so the Flyers will have plenty of doubters to prove wrong this week. That being said, this isn't a Final Four team - they'll need a superb performance from senior forward Devin Oliver to make any noise.
