Where: They will open play against the winner of NC State vs. Xavier in Orlando on Thursday.
Why: Saint Louis finished with a 13-3 record in the Atlantic 10, winning the conference's regular season title outright. The Billikens posted notable victories over Wofford, Saint Joseph's, VCU and George Washington.
Ceiling: The selection committee probably had a hard time seeding the Billikens. Between December 1st (Wichita State) and February 27th (Duqesne), they didn't lose a game, posting 19 straight victories. But much like Syracuse, they hit a rough patch down the stretch, losing three of their final four regular season games. They certainly have the talent to make a Final Four run, but they could also get bounced by the end of the first weekend.
