SDSU's 'The Show' Rips USD Ahead Of Tonight's Game: "A Hammer And A Nail Is Not A Rivalry"

San Diego State's student section "The Show" clearly doesn't think much of crosstown basketball rival University of San Diego. The two schools play at Viejas Arena tonight at 11 p.m. Eastern, and the series has been all-Aztecs recently. SDSU owns an eight game winning streak over the Toreros, and own a 28-17 edge all time in the game. To celebrate "Throwback Thursday" on Instagram, The Show reposted a graphic from after the Aztecs' 2011 win over the Toreros. It really sums up what they think of the rivalry...they don't really acknowledge it as one.

The Aztecs are 5-1 this season, with their only loss coming by two points to a great Arizona team in Hawaii. They are currently 10.5 point favorites over the 4-3 Tereros for tonight's game.
