Brandon Clarke, a first team All-Mountain West player for San Jose State, will transfer, and has his sights on some big time programs.
Clarke, a sophomore in 2016-17, averaged 17.5 points, 8.9 rebounds, 2.3 assists, and 2.6 blocks per game last season. He shot 58.9-percent from the field.
As a freshman, Clarke won the conference's Sixth Man of the Year award, at 8.8 points and 5.6 rebounds per game.
CBS Sports' Jon Rothstein reports that he is eyeing 12 pretty prominent programs, though it is unclear if this is an all-encompassing list: Cal, Cincinnati, Grand Canyon, Michigan, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pitt, Utah, Virginia Tech, and Washington State.
As a sophomore, Clarke will have to sit out this upcoming season, but will have two years of eligibility starting with the 2018-2019 season.
