Photo: Tim Lincecum Throws Second Career No-Hitter, Immediately Puts On Custom USMNT Jersey

If anyone needs proof that this year's World Cup is a huge deal here in the U.S., and they shouldn't, just check out Tim Lincecum's reaction to throwing his second career no-hitter.

After pitching an absolute 113-pitch gem, in which he struck out six and only walked one batter in a 4-0 Giants win over the Padres. Immediately after the game, Lincecum used his bully pulpit to rep another team—the U.S. Men's National Team, which faces Germany tomorrow in the final game of World Cup group play.
