Photos: Fordham Pays Tribute To The NYPD With Awesome American Flag-Style Uniforms

Fordham will take a short trip to down to Manhattan to play Columbia this afternoon for the "Liberty Cup," a game played every season in remembrance of September 11. For a second straight year, the Rams will be paying homage to the brave men and women of the NYPD on the field.

This season, Fordham is wearing American flag-styled uniforms with "NYPD" on the nameplates. As far as red, white, and blue uniforms go, these are awesome. Well done, Rams.

Fordham has taken the Liberty Cup home eight of the 12 years since the annual game started in 2002, and has won four games in a row against Columbia.
