Danica Patrick's 2015 Swimsuit Photo With Friends Is Grabbing Attention
Danica Patrick is no stranger to swimsuit photos.
The former NASCAR and IndyCar driver has turned heads with several different swimsuit photoshoots over the years. Patrick, a trailblazer in the sport of racing, posed twice for the iconic Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue. Patrick has joked that it another life, she would've liked to become a full-time swimsuit model. If she wants to make that happen in this life, she probably can.
Patrick, now 42, went viral back in 2015, when she shared a sizzling swimsuit photo with a couple of her friends on the beach. Patrick certainly knows how to capture everyone's attention with her posts on social media.
"Making the most of our only day in the sun before we go home early. Stupid hurricane!" she wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter, back in 2015.
Danica's old photo from 2015 has gone viral on social media, getting hundreds of retweets and likes.
"I'm glad you, your friends and girlfriends had a great time on the trip," one fan wrote.
"WOW, you look amazing, Beautiful," one fan added.
"Somewhere there are 3 lucky men !!" one fan added.
Patrick has been doing more than pose for swimsuit photos lately, though. She's been getting very into politics. Patrick endorsed Donald Trump for U.S. President in 2024 and has been speaking at various conservative conferences.
It's been a family affair, too.
"I think one of the most important values in the conservative movement is family. Life is hard and you need people you can trust but will also hold you accountable," she wrote.
"I love my parents and my sister is my best friend. I am so grateful for that. She was also the one that proposed the idea of going to this event last year…. I think we started a tradition. ☺️🇺🇸"
Patrick has enjoyed her foray into the political world, too.
"In exactly one year I went from being a spectator at my first ever political event….. to a speaker at it. Living and speaking your truth - leads to your purpose - which gives you all the energy you need to make an impact - and your impact….. becomes your legacy," she wrote.
Of course, Patrick can do both when it comes to swimsuit photos and politics. And there's nothing wrong with that.
