Prayers are pouring in for legendary NASCAR driver Tony Stewart following his tragic loss.

Stewart's teammate, Ashlea Albertson, was killed in a car accident at the age of 24 on Friday.

"Today, I lost a teammate. @AshDogRacing had an infectious personality and could light up any room. She was a great race car driver that was involved in a road rage accident and lost her life. In the past, I’ve also gotten caught up in road rage. I hope that we can honor Ashlea by controlling what we can control on the highway. Losing her is a sobering reminder of how precious life is. Please join me in keeping her family and friends in your prayers," he wrote.

Albertson was killed in an accident on Interstate 65 on Friday morning. Her father confirmed the tragic news.

"She was a good kid, a better person, and she just loved racing." her dad said. "She loved the community, and you all have done so much for her. Thank you from the bottom of my heart."

Prayers are pouring in.

"I hate to read this. While I didn’t know Ashlea, seeing a young vibrant life taken due to road rage is just heartbreaking. Truly heartbreaking. My thoughts are with you, your team, and her family and friends," one fan wrote.

"When I heard this I thought to myself a beautiful soul gone way too soon. I didn’t know her personally but my heartbreak because of the circumstances surrounding her death. Dying in a Road Rage accident I just couldn’t not say anything. Sometimes you don’t have the right words. #Godspeed. Also thoughts and prayers to her family," one fna added.

"So freaking sad to see. Prayers for the family," one fan added.

"Very sorry to hear this," one fan added.

RIP, Ashlea.
