Update: According to AL.com's Brandon Marcello, Arkansas running back Rawleigh Williams suffered a neck injury but has movement in all extremities, which is incredibly good news. He is at the hospital with his family.

Earlier: Arkansas freshman running back Rawleigh Williams was carted off the field and taken to the hospital Saturday afternoon during the Razorbacks' game against Auburn.

Injured while running towards the sidelines, Williams was reportedly down for upwards of 10 minutes. With his teammates surrounding him, the medical staff prepared to cart him off the field. Montgomery Advertiser's Duane Ranking captured this photo.

According to Sports Talk's Bo Mattingly, head coach Bret Bielema headed directly to the sidelines and escorted a woman who appeared to be Williams' mother to the field.

AL.com's Brandon Marcello reported that Williams was interacting and communicating with the trainer, according to SEC Network.

Shortly after Williams was taken off the field, Arkansas running back Alex Collins punched it in the end zone and threw up "22," Williams' number, after the score.
