Clemson's Dabo Swinney Provides Important Update On Former 5-Star WR Deon Cain

Clemson wide receiver Deon Cain has been serving a suspension ever since he was sent home - along with two other teammates - just days before the Tigers faced Oklahoma in the Orange Bowl. It wasn't the first time he faced punishment for off-field conduct, so Cain sat out spring as well, working to earn back Swinney's trust. And it appears he has done that.

On Tuesday, Swinney told ESPN's David Hale that Cain "has served his time" and will be back with the team for fall camp.

Cain finished the 2015 season with 34 catches for 582 yards and five touchdowns. His return, along with the return of Mike Williams, will provide a major boost to Clemson's receiving corps.
