Photos: Former FSU Star Greg Reid Named AFL Rookie Of The Year

It has been somewhat of a winding road for former FSU star defensive back Greg Reid, but it seems he has found a home in the Arena Football League.

Reid singed a one-year rookie contract with the Jacksonville Sharks, six weeks into the season, and still managed to lead his team in interceptions and pass breakups. His nine interceptions on the year (minus the first six games of the season) was the fourth highest total in the league.

All of this led to Reid being named AFL Rookie of the Year, and he shared the news via Instagram.

With his one-year contract coming to an end, the Sharks might want to find a way to hold on to the defensive back.
