It's not quite clear who will be starting under center when Notre Dame takes the field to kick off the season, but quarterback Malik Zaire seemed pretty excited about the news that tight end Tyler LuaTua will stay in South Bend for the 2016 college football season.
Whether it's Zaire of Deshone Kizer that eventually wins the job, it's good to see Zaire so invested in his team and teammates.

Notre Dame is scheduled to kick off the season September 4 on the road against Texas.
