Jonah Mathews, a four-star shooting guard in the 2016 class, has committed to USC.
The 6-foot-2, 165-pound prospect out of Santa Monica, Calif. is ranked the No. 13 player at his position and the No. 78 player in his class by 247 Sports' Composite Rankings. He chose the Trojans over Cal, among other programs.
Scout's Evan Daniels was the first to report the commitment.

Mathews is USC's third commitment in the class, which was ranked No. 47 in the country prior to this commitment.
