There's a reason the Duke Blue Devils won their fifth ever national title last season, and it has everything to do with the way head coach Mike Krzyzewski mentally prepares his team for the season ahead. Discipline and dedication can go a long way.

All summer long, Duke has released videos highlighting this mentality through the eyes of various players including the likes of Brandon Ingram, Grayson Allen, Chase Jeter and Marshall Plumlee. These players - at different points in their careers - all possess a similar focus. They are all about the grind, and that includes five-star freshman shooting guard Luke Kennard, who was the focus of Duke's latest "Summer Grind" feature video.

Kennard was rated as the No. 5 shooting guard - and the No. 22 player overall - in the entire 2015 class, according to 247 Sports. The 6-foot-5, 180-pound freshman, out of Franklin, Ohio, is believed to be one of the next great shooters at Duke, and it sounds like he's ready to hit the floor.
