Country star Kenny Chesney appeared on ESPN's Mike & Mike this morning.
During his interview with Adnan Virk (filling in for Mike Greenberg) and Mike Golic, Chesney told a pretty great story about former Florida State coach Bobby Bowden.
Back in the early 2000s, when Bowden was still leading the Seminoles, Chesney convinced the legendary coach to let him take part in an FSU spring practice.
Chesney recalled what happened in the following clip:
Florida State's in pretty great shape with Bowden's replacement, Jimbo Fisher, but the college football world certainly misses the two-time national champion.
