Video: Oxford PD Loses Bet To Gainesville PD, Has To Do "Gator Chomp"
There was more than just a football game on the line between Florida and Ole Miss this past weekend - there was also a Twitter war going on between Oxford and Gainesville PD, resulting in a bet on the game's outcome.
If the Gators won, Oxford PD would have to take a video of officers doing the "Gator Chomp." And if the Rebels won, Gainesville PD would video officers doing the "Hotty Toddy Chant."
">@OxfordPolice..When we take the W you video doing the #GatorChomp. If we somehow lose, Our PIO will do the Hotty Toddy Chant. Deal?

The Gators dominated the Rebels inside the Swamp, 38-10, and Oxford PD stayed true to its word.

In the end, the Twitter war turned out to be more entertaining than the actual game.
