The Cleveland Cavaliers and Golden State Warriors are only halfway into the second quarter of the NBA Finals and we already have some controversy.

Early on in the game, Golden State's Draymond Green, who has already developed somewhat of a dirty reputation, was caught on camera kicking Cleveland's Kyrie Irving in the upper-chest/neck area. No foul was called, as the refs did not see it. But questions remain: Are these kicks intentional? Can he avoid this?

You decide.

Moleman captured the video and posted it to Vine.

No matter how you feel about the intent - or lack thereof - when it comes to these kicks, I'm sure we can all agree that it's dangerous.
