The Mavericks Revoked The Season Credentials For 2 ESPN Reporters

The Mavericks have revoked the season credentials of two ESPN reporters.

ESPN NBA reporters Tim MacMahon and Marc Stein have had their season media credentials to the Dallas Mavericks revoked.

The decision, confirmed by Mavs owner Mark Cuban on Twitter, was first reported by Tim Cato of Mavs Moneyball.

Stein, perhaps ESPN's most-trusted national NBA reporter, has been based in Dallas for more than a decade. He first covered the Mavericks for the Dallas Morning News and later for ESPN, before transitioning to a national role with the World Wide Leader. MacMahon has covered the Mavericks for seven years and recently has transitioned into a national role.

Cuban made some comments on the decision to revoke the credentials, but didn't say much other than it's between the Mavericks and ESPN.

Neither Stein nor MacMahon have publicly commented on the Mavericks decision to revoke their credentials.

Dallas' next home game is Friday, Nov. 18.
