Joe Johnson is on the cusp of winning the Big 3 title this weekend, but the former All-Star may have his sights set on even bigger goals. After spending one year away from the NBA, ‘Iso Joe’ could be on the verge of making a comeback.
The Big 3 has thrived with Johnson being part of the league. He led the league in scoring in his first year with 21.9 points per game.
With a few days remaining before the Big 3 championship game is played, Johnson is expected to work out for an NBA franchise on Thursday.
According to ESPN’s Marc Spears, Johnson is working out for the Philadelphia 76ers tomorrow. It’s possible that he works out for the Clippers, Bucks and Nuggets in the near future.
It appears a return to the NBA could be in store for the seven-time All-Star.
All four teams interested in Johnson are considered contenders for this upcoming season.

This could be a huge week for Johnson, who could receive an NBA offer and win the Big 3 championship.
Losing Johnson would be a tough blow to the Big 3, but it would prove that the players participating in the league are still capable of playing basketball at the highest level.
We’ll get to see Johnson in action on Sunday, when the Triplets face the the Killer 3’s.
