Draymond Green lost his marbles and got ejected last night after being called for a foul on DeMarcus Cousins.
The Warriors took on the Kings in their last game before the All-Star break, and apparently Draymond Green was determined to get the break started earlier, as he promptly recorded a double-technical and a subsequent ejection in the second quarter.
The debacle began after after this play, in which DeMarcus Cousins sinks a pretty incredible no-look circus shot:
Green was not happy with the ref, and responded as Green typically does:
Green now has 10 technicals on the season, which shouldn't surprise anyone, and at 16 he'll be suspended a game. At any rate, his absence wasn't a huge deal, as the Warriors soon took over the game and won 109-86, led by Klay Thompson going 12-of-18 for 35 points. Pretty standard stuff for his team, as they now sit at 47-9.
Green finished with just two points, two rebounds and three assists in only 15 minutes of play.
