On Wednesday afternoon, Portland Trail Blazers forward Enes Kanter made a guest appearance on the Herd with Colin Cowherd.

During his time on the show, Cowherd asked Kanter what the future looks like for New Orleans Pelicans rookie Zion Williamson.

After Cowherd raved about Williamson's talent, Kanter revealed he thinks Williamson is "overhyped."

"I feel like he's Julis Randle with hops. Some players are scared to say it, but you know me, I'm not afraid to say anything...If he develops a shot he will become a Hall of Famer, but it's all in his hands he just needs to put the work in," Kanter said on the show.

Kanter immediately received criticism from fans, though he's not the first person to compare Williamson to Julius Randle. Randle himself decided to weigh in on the argument as well. "Yo, Enes Kanter last time you guarded me I had 45. Relax bro lol," Randle said in response.

Randle's best game of the season came against the Trail Blazers when he dropped 45 points, 11 rebounds, six assists and three blocks on the night.

To be fair, not all of that came against Kanter.

Randle average 21.4 points and 8.7 rebounds during the 2018-19 season - not bad for just being Julius Randle.
