Andre Iguodala’s second NBA game this season is tonight. He’ll be going up against his former team, the Golden State Warriors, and former teammates like Draymond Green.
Green and Iguodala helped the Warriors become a dynasty, but now they’re on opposite sides. That means Draymond won’t be going easy on the 36-year-old swingman.
Speaking today with ESPN’s Nick Friedell, Draymond joked that he plans on fouling Iggy hard “as soon as I get a chance” and that he’s not worried about the possibility of getting ejected.
We’re quite sure Draymond wasn’t serious here, but at the very least, he probably has plenty of trash talk prepared for this occasion.
Draymond, with a smile, on playing against Iguodala tonight: "I'm going to flagrant foul him. Flagrant 2."
In the 1st quarter?
"As soon as I get a chance."
That's a quick ejection, flagrant 2?
"It will be worth it. I get to talk about that for the rest of my life with him."

While the Warriors are suffering through a miserable season, Iguodala has a chance to make a playoff run with the Miami Heat. He was acquired via trade last week after refusing to suit up for the Memphis Grizzlies.
The Warriors and Heat will tip off at 10:30 p.m. ET.
