The Warriors had their second preseason game Tuesday night. They looked good.
Golden State, believed by some to be the greatest NBA team ever assembled, looked the part on Tuesday night, demolishing the Los Angeles Clippers, 120-75.
At one point, the Warriors led, 89-36. Yes, 89-36. That was a real score.
Golden State, which lost its first preseason game, had contributions from the following players:
- Kevin Durant had 21 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists.
- Steph Curry had 14 points, 5 assists, 3 rebounds and 3 steals.
- Klay Thompson had 30 points, including six 3-pointers.
- Draymond Green had 8 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists.
None of those four, by the way, played more than 23 minutes.
They're pretty much impossible to guard.
Good luck, NBA.
