Nick Wright Thinks There's Only 1 NBA Team That Would Trade For Chris Paul

The Houston Rockets have reportedly made a large portion of their roster available for trade, and that seems to include star point guard Chris Paul. FOX Sports personality Nick Wright thinks there's only one team that would trade for Paul, however.

Wright believes that the Los Angeles Lakers are the only team capable of being "tricked" into taking Paul. Paul, who is 34 years old, is still owed over $120 million on the final three years of his contract.

The implication here is that the Lakers would be interested in Paul's services because of his relationship with LeBron.

Wright thinks it's possible the Lakers make the move - simply because they've made so many other head-scratching moves the past few years.

Paul, this past season, averaged 15.6 points and 8.2 assists per game. While he's still considered a serviceable point guard, he's no longer the elite player he once was.

The Lakers, meanwhile, are looking to make a splash in free agency (or via trade) after missing the playoffs last season.

We'll see how it plays out. Paul's contract is going to be very hard to move.
