While most NBA fans are focusing on Kevin Durant and Kawhi Leonard this free agency, Isaiah Thomas appears to be slipping through the cracks. However, the fiery guard isn't going to let that affect him heading into the offseason.

The past two seasons have been brutal for Thomas, who continues to deal with pain in his hip. After a rough season with the Cavaliers and Lakers, he signed a one-year deal with the Nuggets.

Although Denver made a run to the second round of the playoffs, Thomas only played in 12 games the entire year. It appears his best days of basketball are behind him.

Nonetheless, Thomas isn't ready to give up on his career. In fact, the 30-year-old guard still has something to prove.

Thomas went on Twitter to send a message to every team before free agency begins. His message is pretty simple, as the former All-Star is looking for a fair opportunity.

"All I need is once chance," Thomas said on Twitter. "Legit chance tho...I'll do the rest!"

Thomas was beloved in Boston for his attitude both on and off the hardwood. Unfortunately, his hip injury that he suffered in 2017 has really affected his career.

It'd be great to watch Thomas thrive on the court again. But first, he'll need a team to take a chance on him in free agency.
