The 2019-20 NBA season sits a few months away. With a few months of vacation time left, NBA stars have been taking full advantage of their extra time.

Whether spending time with family members on Taco Tuesday - we're looking at you, LeBron James - or hiking in Jackson, Wyoming - Kevin Love - the summer has been full of off-court moments.

Unfortunately, not all of them have been positive.

During Love's time in Wyoming with model girlfriend Kate Bock, an accident put their vacation on a brief pause.

According to a report from TMZ, the couple was rafting in Wyoming when they were flipped from the raft.

Bock reportedly hit her head, which required a trip to the hospital. After doctors put a few staples in her head, the couple was out of the hospital and eating at a nearby sushi restaurant.

She seems to be doing just fine and even joked about the accident.

"To say yesterday was eventful is an understatement..." she said on Instagram.

The All-Star forward has been enjoying the few months off from basketball he has with the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model. They've been busy traveling out West, enjoying wineries and even a little yoga.

Not a bad offseason schedule.
