LeBron James' New Workout Video Is Going Viral Today

LeBron James heard a bunch of criticism this year as he missed the playoffs for the first time since 2004. Although the three-time champion is only getting older, he looks primed for a strong season.

The Lakers were one of the most active teams in the offseason, trading for Anthony Davis and signing role players to fill out their roster.

As usual, the team's fate relies mostly on how well James plays next season. They can't afford for him to miss time with another injury.

Fortunately for Los Angeles, it appears James is ready for the challenge.

">new workout video on social media, and it's safe to say that he looks in tremendous shape. Not only is he effortlessly knocking down jumpers, he's moving well after suffering a groin injury last season. He took a shot at his haters, too, posting the message "Washed King." Check it out:

With James and Davis leading the Lakers this upcoming season, they'll undoubtedly be one of the favorites to win the NBA Finals. However, the Western Conference is loaded with a multitude of teams that could legitimately make a championship run.

Another ring for 'King James' would certainly quiet all the doubt surrounding his legacy.
