The 2-0 Los Angeles Clippers are preparing to face the 1-1 Phoenix Suns on Saturday night. Los Angeles is already being regarded as the best team in the NBA after acquiring Kawhi Leonard.

The Clippers have signature wins over the Lakers and Warriors, all without All-Star SF Paul George. The Suns pose a much easier test for Los Angeles on Saturday.

Doc Rivers is preparing his squad for tonight's contest. Stopping Suns' shooting guard Devin Booker will be priority No. 1. But Rivers is also a bit worried about point guard Ricky Rubio.

The Clippers' coach didn't hesitate to withhold his true thoughts when discussing Rubio. He had a brutally honest comment about the Suns' PG during today's media session.

It's not too often coaches say such a brutally honest comment like this one. But Rivers is a real as they come in regards to coaches. It's why players love playing for him.

Rivers is right too. Rubio is one of the most clever players in the NBA. He's shifty, elusive and sees the court very well.

The Clippers will have to rely on their stingy defense to come away with a road victory tonight. Patrick Beverly will most certainly be up to the test.

Clippers-Suns tips off at 10 p.m. ET on NBATV.
